• 3 small triangles or one large wedge of Brie Cheese
  • ½ cup chopped sundried tomatoes (the ones in a jar with oil)

Place the brie in an oven safe dish.  Top with the sun-dried tomatoes.  Bake at 350 until brie starts to melt.  Watch it carefully or you will end up with soup.  You can also microwave for 1 minute or until brie starts to melt.  Serve with crackers or Naan bread.
