Chicken, stuffing, and gravy all in one pot. The cooler temperatures always have me pulling out the slow cooker. I love the easy, homey, and delicious dishes that are created when cooked low and slow. My slow cooker chicken and stuffing is so simple, but when it’s ready to serve, it’s like a trimmed down version of Thanksgiving. The chicken is fall apart tender and the entire dish is covered in a savory and smooth gravy. It’s perfect for a busy weeknight meal and the whole family will love it.
