A homey and delicious side dish that is perfect for a special meal but so simple to make! One of my favorite side dishes is also one of my easiest, yet when I serve this, I always have people asking for the recipe. It’s my easy corn pudding. My grandmother served this often, and it was so warm and homey. The combination of crunchy corn, sweet muffin mix, and rich sour cream make this a versatile and delicious side dish that pairs perfectly with steaks, chops, chicken, or other main dishes. You simply mix and bake. It’s so delicious and yet it tastes extra special. With the holidays just around the corner, this dish will be perfect for a special family meal.
