Belle’s Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

An easy and delicious muffin to satisfy your pumpkin spice craving! For many people, this time of year doesn’t begin unless they’ve had something with pumpkin spice. I love the flavor and my pumpkin chocolate chip muffins are a great way to get your fix. These tasty little treats are so simple to make and only use three ingredients. I usually make a double batch because they are a favorite with my family and especially the grandkids. They are moist and full of pumpkin flavor, and the chocolate is slightly melted and the perfect combination with the cakey texture. They may just become your pumpkin spice favorite!

Belle’s Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 (15.85 ounce) box spice cake mix

1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

1 cup chocolate chips

In a large bowl, mix together the dry cake mix and the pumpkin until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups until just about even with the top. Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes.
