Belle’s Minty Cucumber Lemon Water

A flavorful way to stay hydrated this summer! It’s been one of the hottest summers I can remember, but I still want to spend time outside, so it’s vital to always be drinking water. But what if you’re like me and don’t really like plain water? My minty cucumber lemon water is a great way to get the water you need but with a delicious light flavor that also has no added sugar or unhealthy ingredients. This infused water is so easy to make. You simply slice cucumbers and lemons and add them to water along with some mint leaves. You let it sit and chill for several hours or overnight, and then you have a refreshing drink that will keep you going, even in this extreme heat. It’s a great way to get the hydration you need in a tasty and healthy infused water.

Belle’s Minty Cucumber Lemon Water

1 lemon

1 cucumber

1 handful fresh mint leaves

Slice the lemon and cucumber into thin rounds. Separate the mint leaves from the stems and discard the stems. Add all the ingredients to a one-gallon pitcher and then pour in the water to the top of the container. Secure the lid and let chill in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight. Store in the fridge, and add more water as needed. This will last and still be flavorful for up to a week.
